Bel’s commitment to responsible communicationsBack

In the context of the Bel Group’s social and environmental responsibility actions, Bel attaches great importance to the way it communicates, whether for product or corporate, whatever tools are used (television, Internet, packaging, etc.). Therefore it seemed appropriate to draw up a « Charter for Responsible Communications » that sets out the communication principles to be observed in relation to our consumers, whether children or adults, depending on the country and the products.

These principles are summarized in 5 commitments:

  1. Encourage eating habits that promote a wholesome lifestyle, through what we say and through our promotional activities
  2. Present a clear and unequivocal benefit in the proposed event through our messages and promotional activities
  3. In our marketing and sales activities, Use our end customers’ personal information in a spirit of loyalty
  4. Prohibit all conduct that is contrary to the principles of good citizenship, the rules of propriety or the respect for others, through our messages
  5. Demonstrate our environmental commitment, through our messages
